- New, Permanent Administrator/Coordinator role working within an innovative, award winning group based in Dundrum
- Hybrid position (onsite 4 days per week)
- Salary circa €40 to €45k
#The opportunity:
- Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage calendars, inboxes and daily schedules on behalf of the Recruitment/HR Team
- Liaise with external group in relation to obtaining visas for employees
- Support employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Organise candidate interviews, liaising with hiring managers
- Maintaining departmental records and assisting in the preparation of documentation Team Lead and Director
#The person:
- Previous experience in a busy, fast paced administrative role is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software.
- First class verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
