  • New, Permanent Administrator/Coordinator role working within an innovative, award winning group based in Dundrum
  • Hybrid position (onsite 4 days per week)
  • Salary circa €40 to €45k

#The opportunity:

  • Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, inboxes and daily schedules  on behalf of the Recruitment/HR Team
  • Liaise with external group in relation to obtaining visas for employees
  • Support employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Organise candidate interviews, liaising with hiring managers
  • Maintaining departmental records and assisting in the preparation of documentation Team Lead and Director

#The person:

  • Previous experience in a busy, fast paced administrative role is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software.
  • First class verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy in document preparation.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
