#The opportunity:
- Process and submit expense claims accurately and follow up as needed
- Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, photocopying, and arranging couriers
- Update contacts and activities in the Business Development database
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and calls across multiple time zones, and book meeting rooms
- Plan and organise travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Support document management: formatting, proofreading, amendments, and comparisons
- Assist with client and matter setup, including conflict checks and draft engagement letters
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Follow office procedures for archiving, time entry, and audit letters
- Provide ad hoc support to secretaries and the wider office team as needed
#The person:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a law firm or professional environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfortable with new systems and technology, quick to learn
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
