- Coordination of onboarding and hiring programmes
- Sustainability and operational improvement initiatives
- Proven experience supporting or delivering projects, initiatives, or business operations
- Background in a highly organised, coordination-heavy role, such as Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator/Lead
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
- Experience working in a small or scaling business or in a role with high levels of autonomy
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with confidence dealing across all levels
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Interest in improving processes, systems, and overall business efficiency is a strong advantage

- Opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure project in Dublin City Centre

- Work within a professional, fast-paced and collaborative corporate property team, supporting leasing and development transactions across a diverse property portfolio.

- Provide administrative and transaction support to the corporate property team, assisting with the management of commercial leasing, property transactions and portfolio administration.
- Support the preparation and coordination of new leases, lease renewals, licences and other property agreements.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of legal and contractual documentation, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place.
- Liaise with internal teams, legal advisors, tenants and external stakeholders to progress transactions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with the preparation of leasing reports, income tracking and transaction pipeline updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider property team including document management, meeting coordination and office administration.
- Process invoices and purchase orders and assist with financial and administrative tracking related to property transactions.
- Support the team with ad hoc property administration, reporting and operational tasks as required.
- Previous administrative, coordination or office experience required (ideally gained in Real Estate or Legal but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with documentation and reporting.
