- Part Time position (x30 hour week, either 4 days or 5 mornings).
- Salary range €32,000 – €36,000 FTE, pro-rated for a 30-hour / 4-day working week. Pension Scheme.
#The Opportunity
- Support the smooth day-to-day administration of the charity’s fundraising operations.
- Manage incoming post, including processing donations and maintaining appropriate cash levels and bank lodgements.
- Ensure donations, donor information, and communication preferences are accurately recorded and maintained on the organisation’s CRM system.
- Provide timely acknowledgement of all donations and ensure appropriate donor care.
- Support financial administration, including income analysis, credit card and third-party fundraising platform reconciliations, and investigation of discrepancies.
- Respond professionally and warmly to calls, emails, and online enquiries from donors and supporters.
- Support the preparation and distribution of letters, information packs, and communications for fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement.
- Undertake other reasonable duties in support of the wider team and organisation.
# The Person
- At least two years’ experience in a similar administrative, fundraising, finance, or supporter-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and warmly with a wide range of people.
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a meticulous approach to data accuracy and record keeping.
- Confident using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and comfortable working with databases and digital systems.
- Strong numerical and financial administration skills, with the ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.
- Warm, enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable, with a positive approach to supporting colleagues and stakeholders.
