  • Process and submit expense claims accurately and follow up as needed
  • Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, photocopying, and arranging couriers
  • Update contacts and activities in the Business Development database
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and calls across multiple time zones, and book meeting rooms
  • Plan and organise travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Support document management: formatting, proofreading, amendments, and comparisons
  • Assist with client and matter setup, including conflict checks and draft engagement letters
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Follow office procedures for archiving, time entry, and audit letters
