- Provide administrative and coordination support to a truly respected, highly welcoming team, assisting senior leadership and wider stakeholders across the business.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are organised efficiently.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Dublin office, supporting day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of internal meetings, events and team activities.
- Support general office management including meeting room preparation, printing, document management and office supplies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on key actions.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support and assist with additional projects and operational tasks as required.
- Previous administrative, coordination or office support experience gained within a fast-paced professional environment (supporting a team essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing schedules, documentation and administrative tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to support a busy team.

- Proven experience supporting or delivering projects, initiatives, or business operations
- Background in a highly organised, coordination-heavy role, such as Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator/Lead
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
- Experience working in a small or scaling business or in a role with high levels of autonomy

- Initial 6-month contract with potential for permanent position
