  #The Opportunity
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of bespoke leadership development and executive development programmes, from planning through to execution and evaluation.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their objectives and ensure an exceptional programme experience from start to finish.
  • Build and continuously improve programme management processes that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, facilitators, coaches, and internal stakeholders throughout programme delivery.
  • Coordinate programme schedules, logistics, resources, budgets, reporting, and risk management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor programme performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery and the overall client experience.
  • Champion the use of technology, digital platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline programme delivery.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources while ensuring commercial objectives and quality standards are achieved.

  • At least five years' experience in programme, project, or client delivery management.
  • Experience coordinating complex programmes, ideally within leadership development, professional services, consultancy, executive education, learning, or another client-focused environment.

   #The Opportunity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Perk, managing the supplier relationship, attending bi-weekly governance meetings, and ensuring the platform is configured and maintained in line with the Travel & Expense Policy.
  • Own and maintain the Travel & Expense Policy, ensuring policy requirements, approval workflows, booking rules, and platform configuration remain aligned with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with travel policies, including mandatory use of Perk, approval processes, booking lead times, travel class, accommodation limits, and reimbursable expenses, escalating exceptions where appropriate.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of business travellers, maintaining accurate user access and traveller profiles.
  • Provide first-line support for all travel-related queries, including bookings, amendments, cancellations, emergency travel, and travel arrangements not supported through the Perk platform.
  •  Coordinate group travel extended and short-term accommodation requirements, and liaise directly with hotels and suppliers to support operational needs.
  • Negotiate and manage corporate hotel agreements, issue hotel RFPs, maintain preferred hotel partnerships, and ensure negotiated rates and suppliers are accurately reflected within the travel platform.
  • Manage the company's corporate travel rewards and loyalty programmes, working with suppliers and Finance to maximise benefits and monitor programme performance.
  • Review and validate bi-weekly travel invoices, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and correct cost allocation prior to approval.
  • Partner with Finance to produce travel spend and compliance reporting, identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor supplier performance, support audits, and analyse travel data to drive continuous improvement and policy compliance.
#The Person
  • Proven experience managing corporate travel programmes, including travel booking platforms, approvals, reporting, and travel operations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring travel policies, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience negotiating and managing supplier relationships, particularly with hotels and accommodation providers.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong financial control mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across operational teams, Finance, suppliers, and senior leadership.
  • Experience analysing travel spend and performance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities, resolving travel-related issues, and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualification in Travel Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in improving processes, managing supplier relationships and supporting cost-effective travel solutions.
