#The opportunity:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth running of property operations
  • Manage lease documentation, renewals, rent records, and tenant correspondence
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and liaise with contractors and service providers
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate property records while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal obligations
  • Deliver excellent service to tenants and property managers through professional communication and efficient support
#The person:
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property management systems
  • Previous experience in property management or administrative support is an advantage
