- Oversee the full client journey — from initial enquiry to booking, visit, and follow-up — ensuring an exceptional experience throughout
- Manage confidential information, client records, and medical reports with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate client logistics, including appointments, travel, and hospitality arrangements
- Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Support doctors with client referrals, follow-ups, and ongoing administrative needs
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives and clinic improvement projects

- Polished communicator with an excellent telephone manner and outstanding written English
- Approachable, professional, and confident — able to build trust with high-net-worth clients
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a calm and positive attitude under pressure
- Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or Administrator within healthcare
- Genuine passion for client service and interest in working in a forward-thinking, high-performance healthcare environment
