#The Opportunity
- Coordinate and drive multiple projects and initiatives from start to finish
- Ensure all moving parts across projects are organised, aligned, and progressing
- Manage timelines, track key actions, and follow through to completion
- Work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors
- Act as a central point of coordination to keep projects on track and moving forward
- Proactively identify issues, risks, or delays and take action to resolve them
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with internal processes, controls, and compliance requirements
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams to ensure alignment
- Take a hands-on role in delivery, not just coordination — getting involved where needed to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Support a range of practical, high-impact initiatives, including:
- Office relocation (supplier coordination, fit-out, operational readiness)
- Improvements to customer and candidate experience
- Rollout of new systems and internal processes
- Coordination of onboarding and hiring programmes
- Sustainability and operational improvement initiatives
#The Person
- Proven experience supporting or delivering projects, initiatives, or business operations
- Background in a highly organised, coordination-heavy role, such as Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator/Lead
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
- Experience working in a small or scaling business or in a role with high levels of autonomy
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with confidence dealing across all levels
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Interest in improving processes, systems, and overall business efficiency is a strong advantage
